Bikini season is on, and Demi Moore is celebrating with a few pics of herself and her adorable pup at the beach.
The 60-year-old actress just dropped two photos of herself on Instagram with her pooch, Pilaf, soaking in the sun.
There’s Demi stretched out on a couch in a leopard-print string bikini with her strong core and legs on full display as Pilaf hilariously perches on her chest.
‘Pilaf takes the beach 🏝️,’ Demi wrote in the caption.
Demi is looking seriously strong these days, and people definitely noticed. ‘Looking awesome Demi! Do you still do Pilates?’ one wrote, while another said, ‘Demi still a perfect 10 ❤️.’
Of course, Demi is known for being super fit (she completely blew people away in the late ’90s for her role as an aspiring Navy Seal in G.I. Jane). Demi later wrote in her memoir Inside Out that ‘bulking up enormously’ for the role changed the way she viewed her body.
‘When I got home to Idaho, I had an epiphany in the shower one day: I just need to be my natural size,’ she said.
Demi recently shared on Instagram that she started working out again after having a break. Among other things, she dances—something she also did as a kid, according to Celeb Well.
Demi also revealed in 2019 that she was trying out The Mirror and that she started out with a 15-minute dance-cardio routine. ‘That’s doable after not working out for over four years, right? I am stalling!’ she joked in the caption.
