Queen Consort Camilla Chooses Just Two Ladies In Attendance To Assist At Coronation

The Queen Consort will have two Ladies in Attendance to assist her at Westminster Abbey on coronation day.

Buckingham Palace has confirmed that one of the Queen’s Companions, Lady Lansdowne, and Camilla’s sister, Annabel Elliot, will support the Queen Consort at the service on 6 May.

This is in addition to the eight Pages of Honour who will attend Their Majesties as part of the service.

Fiona Shelburne, 68, who is the Marchioness of Lansdowne, is a professional interior designer and shares a close bond with Charles and Camilla. She lives at Bowood House (a Grade I listed stately home in Wiltshire) with her husband Charlie, the 9th Marquis, and their three pet pooches.

Annabel Elliot, 74, is Camilla’s younger sister and is also an interior designer. She and her late husband, Simon, shared three children – Ben, Alice and Catherine.

Ben’s son, Arthur, has been chosen as one of his great-aunt Camilla’s pages at the coronation.

The King’s eldest grandchild, Prince George, nine, and three of the Queen Consort’s grandsons, Gus and Louis Lopes, both 13 and Freddy Parker Bowles, 13, are also on the Pages.
