The husband of Halyna Hutchins, who was accidentally gunned down by Alec Baldwin on the set of ‘Rust’ was spotted cozying up to an apparent new flame in Los Angeles this week.
Producer Matthew Hutchins, 38, was still wearing his wedding ring as he hugged and kissing the woman at Griffith Observatory in the city on Monday, eighteen months after his wife Halyna Hutchins, 42, was fatally shot on the New Mexico film set on Oct. 21, 2021.
EsB learnt that Matthew’s new girlfriend is identified as Katie Flynn.
She is a video production coordinator at the observatory who graduated with a degree in meteorology from Central Michigan University in 2015.
News of Matthew’s apparent relationship comes a few days after criminal charges against Baldwin over the accidental on-set shooting of Halyna were dropped and cinematography to complete the belaegured western movie resumed at a new film set in Montana.
Baldwin had previously also settled with Matthew for an undisclosed amount in Oct. 2022. As part of the agreement, Matthew will be an executive producer on ‘Rust.’
