A 13-year-old girl was allegedly knifed and tortured for five hours by three girls after being invited to a fake party.
The teenager, who cannot be named for good and legal reasons, filmed herself lying in bed as she zooms in on her swollen face and badly bloodshot right eye in an emotional TikTok video she posted.
Three girls aged 12, 13 and 14 have been charged with luring the alleged victim her to a fake party and torturing her – with horrific footage of the alleged incident posted online.
The sickening footage which EsB has chosen not to share shows the girl being tied up, burnt and stomped on, with knives thrown at her and bottles broken over her face at a home in Tewantin, west of Noosa in the Sunshine Coast’s north, on Saturday, March 11.
The girl’s family has since gone into hiding and are living in an Airbnb after allegedly being threatened by the three accused.
Her distraught mother told 7News on Wednesday: ‘I have visions of my daughter on the floor after seeing her face the first time and the way she called out my name.’
The alleged victim added: ‘I wasn’t even thinking. I didn’t care what they had (allegedly) done to me. I just wanted to go home and see my little brother and my mum.’
The girl’s mother claimed the alleged perpetrators befriended her daughter two weeks before they invited her to a ‘party’ at their home.
The girl’s mum also claims she was left with a stab wound and fractured wrist.
‘She got stabbed in the knee, it just missed her tendon, but she also has a fractured wrist,’ the girl’s mum said
‘She was allegedly burnt and stomped on while she was tied up and is reported to have had knives thrown at her and bottles broken on her.
She also alleges the three threatened to kill her family, including her three-year-old brother, if she told anyone what happened.
When she arrived the girl was allegedly set upon by the three female attackers.
The disturbing video surfaced on social media earlier on Wednesday.
It shows two girls cornering the 13-year-old, hitting her, poking a knife at her and calling her names while laughing.
At one point as the alleged victim tries to leave, the girl holding the knife grabs her by the hair and pulls her back into the room.
Charges were filed by Queensland Police, who said in a statement: ‘Police will allege on Saturday March 11, a 13-year-old girl was invited into a home where she was subsequently prevented from leaving and filmed whilst being assaulted, taunted and cut with a knife over the period of several hours.’
One 14-year-old has been charged with four counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and assault occasioning bodily harm whilst armed in company.
She was remanded in custody and is due to face Maroochydore Childrens Court again next month.
The 12 and 13-year-olds are also due to re-appear in Maroochydore Childrens Court later this month.
These girls have some major issues just makes me wonder what their home life is like ! What is the world coming to when kids feel it’s okay to gang up on another child & do these things! It’s really screwed up!
