The promising NBA career of Bryn Forbes is gloomy looking, with the 29-year-old believing he will never be welcomed back in the league.
The former Minnesota Timberwolves and San Antonio Spurs star was arrested for domestic assault on his former fiancee, Elsa Jean, and was released by the team.
Though it was the first time Forbes has abused the 26-year-old, but he left her body bruised up and gave her two black eyes.
Upon his release, he has moved back in with his mother according to a report posted by the Daily Mail.
He was to be traded away from Minnesota as free agent before the assault incident, but that move collapsed after he was waived by the Timberwolves.
Milwaukee were the team interested in him, pairing him with megastar Giannis Antetokounmpo, but that is no longer an option.
‘Bryn is living back with his mother and doesn’t know what the future holds for him anymore,’ a source told the Daily Mail.
“He was supposed to be traded to the Bucks but that is now on hold indefinitely following his arrest.
‘He has no offers and he is not playing in the NBA, he believes that his NBA career is no longer an option and he blames himself for this. Basketball was his lifelong dream and he is getting nothing.’
