Lewis Capaldi looked even worse as he left the Ed Sheeran concert at The Hammersmith Apollo in London on Monday.

The Someone You Loved hitmaker, 26, enjoyed a night on the town with his friends as they headed to Ed’s pub, Bertie Blossoms, in Notting Hill after the gig.

Lewis was seen making a dramatic face during the night and later chatted with a group of friends outside the pub. The singer cut a casual figure for the night, rocking a white T-shirt with black pants and a brown jacket.

Lewis was seen strolling the streets with two friends who appeared to be in good spirits. Ed tried to keep a low profile as he left the concert, wearing a brown hoodie with the hood up and a pair of black pants.

Lewis previously recounted how he gave up alcohol for a while after a drunken night at the Grammys in 2020. The star was left hungover after losing the Song of the Year gong to Billie Eilish.

Taking to Instagram, he told fans at the time: “Big week at the Grammys guys. I got pretty drunk. I have been without alcohol for a month, apart from the British.

The same year, Lewis was criticized for “promoting an unhealthy relationship with alcohol in Scotland’ at the BRIT Awards.

The star, who emerged victorious with the gongs for Best New Artist and Best Song, was seen accepting her awards while sipping on Buckfast Tonic Wine, a caffeinated fortified wine originally made by monks.

A Twitter troll shared a snapshot of his winning moment while writing: ‘We have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol in Scotland. This isn’t helping,” prompting Lewis to insist that he was merely celebrating a rare night off.

Responding to the comment and in a nod to his hard work, Lewis replied: “Imagine having a drink on my first night off in months after winning two Brits, can you believe it?!…

‘Months* sorry I guess I must still be drunk x’. Lewis was recent “absolutely devastated” after he was forced to postpone two shows, in Zurich and Milan, due to his health.

A voice specialist told her she had bronchitis, an inflammation of the airways in the lungs usually caused by an infection, and that she would need vocal rest “for at least three days.”

A statement posted to his Twitter account read: “I am absolutely devastated to write this.
