Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott file to legally change son’s name to Aire

Reality show star, Kylie Jenner and her rapper baby daddy, Travis Scott have filed an application to legally change their son’s name from Wolf Jacques Webster after letting the world know that they were scrapping the name last year in March 2022.

In documents obtained by TMZ, the duo are filing to change their son’s name from Wolfe Jacques Webster to Aire Webster. Though the court is yet to sign off on the name change.

Kylie and Travis are both on board with the change and they both signed the petition which is now making its way through the courts.

In the application, Kylie and Travis said they ‘regret’ the initial name choice of Wolf Jacques Webster.

Aire Webster was born in February 2022. Not even two months later, Kylie Jenner said that Wolf wouldn’t be their son’s name anymore as she and Travis didn’t feel it suited him.

In the application, Kylie and Travis said they ‘regret’ the initial name choice of Wolf Jacques Webster.

Now that Petitioners have had the chance to spend time with their baby, they believe the name Aire Webster is a better fit.

In January, a few weeks before the boy was set to celebrate his first birthday, Kylie revealed his new name, Aire.

‘FYI OUR SONS NAME ISN’T WOLF ANYMORE. WE JUST DIDN’T REALLY FEEL LIKE IT WAS HIM. JUST WANTED TO SHARE BECAUSE I KEEP SEEING WOLF EVERYWHERE,’ she wrote to her Instagram Story.

Jenner then revealed their son’s new name in an Instagram post in January, which featured a mother-son photo with the caption: ‘AIRE.’

The name is of Hebrew origin and it reportedly means ‘Lion of God.’
