The first three episodes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Netflix documentary dropped yesterday (December 8) – and we want to know what you think.
Across the series, titled Harry & Meghan, the couple reveals “the truth” about their tumultuous relationship with both the Royal Family and the press.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex discuss the span of their relationship, from the early days to the challenges and controversies that prompted them to step back from royal duties.
In one key section, Harry talks of his late mother Princess Diana, claiming that his wife Meghan reminds him very much of her. Speaking on the documentary, he said: “So much of what Meghan is, and how she is, is so similar to my mum.”
He continues: “I accept that there will be people around the world who will fundamentally disagree with what I’ve done and how I’ve done it, but I knew that I had to do everything I could to protect my family, especially after what happened to my mum.”
Many in the family believe there is “no way back” into the fold for the couple after their £100million Netflix series.
Sources close to Prince William said he was “exasperated” at his brother’s continued criticism two years after Harry and Meghan ditched their royal roles for a new life in California.
