Ben Ofoedu has responded to his ex-partner Vanessa Feltz after she claimed she was never fully satisfied in bed during their relationship.
The This Morning star, 61, split with her beau of 16 years last month during what she described as a ‘very difficult’ time following infidelity rumours.
In the weeks since the break-up, the TV personality has opened up about the pain of heartbreak, even asking viewers to contact her with advice.
Vanessa has also made a few digs about Ben, to who she became engaged in 2006, including about their sex life.
Saying it was ‘sometimes rude’ to not fake an orgasm, Vanessa told the Grazia Life Advice podcast that she had done so on certain occasions as it’s ‘only polite’.
However, singer Ben, 50, has hit back at his ex’s remark on an Instagram Story shared on Tuesday.
Sporting a black puffa jacket and shades, Ben, who appeared to be on a riverside stroll, seemed to address Vanessa’s claims.
Looking directly at the camera, he said with a smile: ‘Oh! So now you faking it?’
He went on to laugh before adding: ‘Have a great day.’
Vanessa had said on the podcast: ‘Experts say if you fake an orgasm, how will your lover/partner ever really know what you like? So, they’ll never do it.
‘I think that is the worst advice because sometimes it is just rude not to fake it.
‘Sometimes your partner is trying every trick in the book, they have been twiddling and licking and flicking, they’re absolutely 10/10 for effort.’
Vanessa continued: ‘I’m not saying do it every time but, on those occasions, – when you’re not concentrating and thinking about defrosting the freezer and are never going to get there.
‘You’ve got to fake it, it’s only polite. Everyone saves face and no one’s embarrassed or ashamed.’
