Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were just two of the many famous names invited to celebrate the love between Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi.
According to People, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the star-studded event this past Tuesday. At first, the celebration was presumed to be a birthday party dedicated to de Rossi, who recently turned 50. But, it turned out to be a surprise vow renewal ceremony for DeGeneres and her wife of fourteen years.
Markle and Prince Harry were joined by many other celebs, including Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and more.
The heartwarming moment was captured on video and shared on the official The Ellen Degeneres Show’s YouTube channel. The vow renewal ceremony was held in the couple’s new home and was officiated by none other than Kris Jenner.
In the video, Rossi can be seen wearing her wedding gown and DeGeneres (who didn’t know about the ceremony at all) is dressed in regular clothes. As the royal couple watches with many others, DeGeneres and de Rossi proclaim their love for each other once again.
