Nollywood actress Didi Ekanem has come to social media to lament on the scarcity of clean water in Lagos despite living in the expensive area of Lagos state.
The fast rising actress took to her Instagram story to lament on how tired she was of the situation. In her words, she has spent a lot of money on the purchase of clean water. She said the amount she has spent buying clean water in a year is enough to build a duplex.
She went further to state her disappointment on how the whole water in Lagos state Island is a mess, and how someone would live in mansion and yet, not have access to clean water.
”I’m tired of buying water in Lagos. If I calculate the money I use in buying water a year, it can build a whole duplex. The whole Island water is a mess. I don’t understand how someone can live in a mansion and not have clean water” she said on her Instagram story.
