Just few hours after the former Senator swear-in ceremony, the newly elect Osun State governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has announced the appointment of Mr Teslim Igbalaye, former Local Government and ALGON chairman as the Secretary to the State Government.
Senator Ademola Adeleke announced this on Sunday.
Olawale Rasheed who confirmed that the appointment letter was signed by the governor himself, added that, a former Local Government Chairman, Mr Kazeem Akinleye is now the Chief of Staff to the Governor.
Meanwhile, Rasheed Olawale was also mentioned as the governor’s spokesperson.
The appointment, according to the governor’s statement, takes effect immediately.
The full report reads, “Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Kassim Akinleye as the the chief of staff to the Governor;
“Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye as the Secretary to the State Government and Mallam Rasheed Olawale as the Spokesperson to the Governor.
“The appointment takes immediate effect.”
