Actress Natassia Malthe told Harvey Weinstein’s LA rape trial how she saw a pr9stitute give him 0ral x in a hotel room when she dropped off an audition tape before he then ‘tried to get her to have a threesome with them’
Malthe, 48, disclosed this during her testimony at the disgraced Hollywood mogul’s x crimes trial on Wednesday, November 16.
The model and actress recounted how Weinstein lured her to his hotel room under the pretense of her delivering him an audition tape.
But when he got there she instead found him engaged in 0ral x with a pr9stitute, and the pair tried to lure her into an orgy.
She described the pressure of the situation, saying Weinstein had her ‘by the f*g throat,’ because if she didn’t ‘comply’ with his advances she knew her career would be derailed.
During her testimony, Malthe also told how Weinstein previously raped her in a hotel earlier that year, only to invite her to audition for one of his movies the next day.
The harrowing testimony came the same day as the judge dismissed four xual assault charges against him after one of his accusers – Jane Doe 5 – removed herself from the case.
Malthe said Weinstein was thinking of casting her in a musical movie, and after months of singing lessons and practice she recorded her voice and informed him by email that she wanted to send him a sample.
She clarified that she wanted to send him the sample CD instead of delivering it in person in order to avoid seeing him as it had only been months earlier that he raped her.
Weinstein however said that he wanted the sample delivered in person, and insisted in his reply email that she bring it to his assistant at the Peninsula Hotel in New York City.

Malthe said that in his email Weinstein mentioned their having a threesome together. she responded to him that she did not want any ‘hanky-panky’ with him.
‘I’m not the type of person to do a threesome, I’m just not wired that way,’ she testified.
‘I said I do not want any hanky-panky. I told him that.’
Malthe said she agreed to drop the CD off at the hotel, but that when she arrived Weinstein’s assistant refused to take it and instead insisted she deliver it to Weinstein in person.
‘I tried to give her the CD, and she said ‘no, Mr. Weinstein wants you to follow me, and talk about the movie.’
Realizing Weinstein was trying to wheedle her to his room, Malthe said she thought ‘f**k dammit’ as the assistant led her to the room.
Once in the hotel room, she said Weinstein tossed her CD aside with a chuckle, and that when she turned around his assistant had gone.
‘He tricked me to coming into his hotel. All of the sudden I’m in his hotel room,’ she said.
Malthe broke down in tears recalling the pr9stitute ‘and her skinny legs. And they were trying to get me to do a threesome with them. And I had already said I didn’t want to.’
She said Weinstein and the other woman started laughing with each other about how shy Malthe. She said the woman then began giving Weinstein 0ral x.
‘And this pr9stitute, who I think is a pr9stitute. Is like, ‘oh she’s so shy’ and her and Weinstein were laughing. And she gave him a blowjob.’
‘I was still trying to manage the situation because I really wanted to be able to do a quality movie,’ Malthe testified.
‘She was coaxing me into it like come on, come on, and put on a robe.’
‘He has you by the f****g throat, knowing that if you don’t comply, that your career is down the drain, knowing that this thing you’ve worked on for months. And that’s not right.’
Malthe said that mere months before the encounter Weinstein raped her after pounding on her hotel room door in the middle of the night and demanding to be let in.
‘He was just standing there, his shirt was kind of ruffled, his pants were ruffled. He looked like he had been someplace else, he didn’t look all that neat. He just stormed in,’ she testified.
‘He said no one gets to be like an A-lister unless it goes through me.’
‘He was called one phone call away Harvey, meaning he could make you or break you, he was the most powerful person in Hollywood, he created stars, he could make a film go away by putting it on the shelf, he was a genius.’
‘I was just so scared of this guy, he had so much power … he embodied the movie business,’ she said. ‘I just thought this guy is so powerful I have no idea what to do in this situation and I completely froze.’
She said he told her to ‘think about all the Oscars’ people had won and thanked him and said ‘everybody had to go through him, meaning comply.
‘He took off his pants and pushed me on the bed and climbed on top of me and I said to him ‘I don’t do the casting couch thing.’
‘I looked into the blanket on my bed and he penetrated me.’
‘It didn’t last that long because I had zero response because I just played dead. He got off me and finished off himself. He ejaculated into his hand.’ She said Weinstein then left the hotel room. The next day she found a script waiting for her in her room.
Superior Court Judge Lisa Lench dismissed two counts of forcible rape and two counts of 0ral copulation against the 70-year-old disgraced movie mogul — related to two alleged incidents, one in November 2009 and another in November 2010.
Weinstein, the man who became the face of #MeToo allegations five years ago, is already serving a 23-year prison sentence for x crimes in New York.
