Why Harry and Meghan’s statements on TV show were contradictory?

Almost everything we heard from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during their interview with Oprah is gradually coming to light as not being completely true. Some parts of their statements may have been true, but we should not forget that the royal family has not really stepped out to grant their own interview to debunk or defend themselves.

This basically means we have made judgements based on Harry and Meghan’s story which is just one side of the story if we are to be honest with ourselves. When the interview and all they said was first made known to the public, they had the support and sympathy of the public especially, as it was believed that Harry did not want a repetition of what happened to his mother the late Princess Diana.

Now, however, it is unsure what is true and what is not. There have been speculations that the Sussexes only granted the interview because they wanted privacy and they could not achieve that by being around the royal family. But the question is, if they wanted privacy, would an interview made public have helped them achieve that?

Some new developments have brought to light the fact that Harry and Meghan’s comments and accusations against the royal may not have been completely through. The upcoming series of Harry and Meghan to be released by Netflix shows that there are discrepancies between the interview they conducted with Oprah in 2021 and the script that Harry provided for the show.

With the upcoming documentary focused on Harry slated to be released in December, the contradictions between the upcoming series and what was said in the interview has been said to be a problem and can cause the delay of its release. This recent development has further placed a doubt in our minds and in the minds of the general public on just how truthful the claims of Harry and Meghan are.
