South Africa calls for women to leave toxic relationships after police officer kills two women he was allegedly dating

The rate at which women are dying at the hands of their lovers or boyfriends is alarming. All over the world, there have been recent reports of women being killed by their supposed partners. Because of this, South Africa has decided to reach out to all women to protect themselves from harm at the hands of their abusive partners by leaving the relationship.

This urgent cry was as a result of the latest news of a police officer killing the two women he was said to be in a relationship with. The police officer (name withheld) was said to have shot both women and staged it to look like a crime scene.

The sad incident was reported to have taken place in the morning of Friday 14th of October 2022, at Mandela Park, KwaNyuswa on the west side of Durban South Africa. Both women were aged 18 and 24 respectively, and the 18 years old victim named Njabulo Enhle Majozi was said to have witnessed the shooting of the other victim before she herself was shot while trying to run away.

Both Victims had been shot in the head and were declared dead on scene by paramedics who were called after there were reports of shooting in the park in the early hours. Presently, the suspect has been arrested and detained in custody as investigations have begun.

Because of the violence involved in the shooting and news of subsequent violence against women all over the world by their lovers or partners, women have been urged to stay safe and leave toxic relationships for the sake of their lives.
