First off, it is very rude and inconsiderate to refer to Prince William as bald. We all know that Prince William was not always bald. It is possible he is loosing hair as a result of the stress he must be under. Nonetheless, it is insensitive to refer to him as bald William.
Secondly, the Prince of Wales title is not a position that is attained based on one’s looks and physical appearance. It belongs to the heir apparent to the British throne. King Charles was referred to as Prince of Wales during the Queen’s reign and before he ascended the throne as the ruling monarch. As the next in line to the throne, the title and all it comes with now belongs to Prince William.
From the moment he became next in line after his father, Prince William has been trained to become the future king someday. Although he and Prince Harry were raised by their father, it is assumed that Prince William must have undergone more specific training as the future king.
Furthermore, as Prince of Wales, Prince William’s wife now has the official title of Princess of Wales. This title recognizes them both as future King and Queen on England. So while Prince William may have gone bald, he cannot be simply replaced by his brother as Prince of Wales.
In the future, when William is crowned king, the Prince of Wales title will be transferred to his first son, Prince George.
