Even after the long gone of Adolf Hitler, the Nazi leader can still boast of having a die hard fan and flag bearer in Kanye West.
West has spoken openly about reading “Mein Kampf,” the 1925 autobiographical manifesto written by the Nazi Party leader.
His one way to acknowledge the obsession he has for Hitler, and even went a step further to name his 2018 ‘Ye’ album – ‘Hitler’.
He was going to label the album Hitler, before he renamed it to ‘Ye’ after many persuasions.
Four separate sources confirmed to CNN on Thursday that the rapper, 45, had suggested that his eighth studio album be called “Hitler” before he eventually changed it to “Ye.”
A business executive, who claimed to have worked for the Yeezy CEO has this to say to CNN:
“He (Kanye West) would praise Hitler by saying how incredible it was that he was able to accumulate so much power and would talk about all the great things he and the Nazi Party achieved for the German people.”
Earlier this month, a former TMZ reporter claimed that the “Eazy” rapper said he “loved Hitler and the Nazis” during a rant at the news organization’s offices.
Only time will tell if Kanye West is the modern Fuhrer.
