A 17 years old teenager requested for the phone number of Jack Grealish just hours after she claimed she was s3xually assaulted twice by Benjamin Mendy.
The teenager said she asked for the number so she could reach out to a woman she had seen with Jack at the same party she attended.
The teenager, said she was r3ped twice by Benjamin Mendy, and s3xually assaulted twice more by Benjamin’s friend Louis Saha Matturie later in the day.
Both men have denied the claim and accusation made on them by said teenager.
The court hearing of the case has seen to the release of the messages sent by the teenager to her friends on the day of the party after she left.
Lisa Wilding, who is defending Matturie read out one of the messages where the teenager described that Jack was so sexy and had been winking at the recipient all night but she did not sleep with him because she was not easy.
Lisa went further to describe that the teenager must have felt happy the morning after the party but had become worried that her boyfriend would find out that she slept with two men that night, and thus, decided to falsely claim that she was r3ped.
Although the excitement of the teenager could be noted from one of the voicemails sent to her friends, she claimed Mendy assaulted her in the office and trophy room while Mattuire assaulted her in the cinema room and in his apartment.
Besides the case surrounding the teenager and her claim of r3pe, there are also accounts of r3pe and s3xual assault on Mattuire and Mendy with prosecutors describing them as s3xual predators who have turned their pursuit of women for s3x into a game. The trial will continue.
