N.B: Not that all extroverts aren’t good listeners or confidants, but introverts are naturally made to be like this. It is what they do without stress or putting effort.
Introverts tend to proffer best solution available to people and circumstances because they are able to put their thought process to work (in background) even while listening to what people has to say actively. This does not mean they are not listening to you with rapt attention, it is no coincidence that they will always have possible answers for people at the end of their discussion. They are really active listeners.
4. Introverts Are Good Observant
Introverts will always take their time to think through thoroughly, so they observe keenly. Observing changes in your body language, your tone of voice are observatory pattern they look into. They are always alerted and in awareness of their environment and people present around them.
They are watchful and can smell people’s emotions and energies. They are inspired by everything that goes around them, they’re like a sponge, and they are very analytical. They notice the things that most people don’t notice.
5. They Make Good Leaders
They are a team player, they know how to make people come together to work to achieving corporate goals without putting themselves above the rest (teammates). They are the best kind of people that lead by example by instilling the true definition of togetherness in the group. READ PAGE 3 BELOW
