2. He Does Not Play Game
A decent man does not play with people’s emotions, he is not the type that will say one thing and do another thing. He is a man of his words that can’t be trusted. People hardly get disappointed in him. It is said that men are tools of disappointment, but there are few decent people out there who would not disappoint you intentionally except something bigger than them influence the action, and if at all it happens, it does not happen all the time. He is very direct in his approach and does not sly.
3. He Does Not Feel Entitled
Through his words and action, one could tell he does not feel entitled; he is not clingy. He must have done a whole lot for you before he expects you to meet up in some areas. After all to whom much is given, much is expected. A decent man does not think highly of himself as he ought to. He is a good man that has learned the power of the word ‘Thank you’ and wouldn’t hesitate to say “Thank you” where need be.
4. He Takes To Correction
He is someone you can talk to; someone that takes to advice and try to see things in other people’s perspective. Most men will bark at you, push you away and walk out of your presence in anger after you have pointed his attention to his wrong attitudes. A decent man will say “I am sorry” genuinely when he errs and would say it at the right time. His ego won’t stop him to apologize where need be. He does not set out to hurt others.
5. He Is Not Violent
A decent man knows how to keep the demon inside him at bay, he will not shout at you and embarrass you before the crowd. Meanwhile, some men will always do this and come to beg in secret. Even when no one is there with you both, he will not bark at you, push you away and walk out of your presence after you have pointed his attention to his wrong attitudes.
He will not hit or slap you in the face of argument or in the name of anger. He will not apply force and would always honor your decision even if your option does not really satisfy him, yet he will accept it in good spirit because he would not violate you.
