Nollywood actress Ini
Dima-Okojie has broken her silence on the most-talked-about movie ‘Blood
Sisters’ trending on Netflix.
The Ebony Life movie
production titled ‘Blood Sisters’ features amazing actors and is full of twists
and turns that keep you guessing until the end. It has themes of sibling
rivalry, parental favouritism, domestic violence, and toxic parenting.

Isime were the major characters and their chemistry in the movie was
beautiful despite being friends.
In a post shared on Instagram,
Ini Dima-Okojie said words could not express what the project means to her
because she gave her heart and soul for it.
Ini Dima Okojie also sent a
message to those who are being physically abused to say no to their abusers and
find a voice.
She wrote: “I can’t seem
to find the words to express how surreal yesterday was and what this project
means to me. I gave my heart and soul to this. I’m still so overwhelmed. All I
can say for now is get ready to be proud of Nollywood!!!. @nancyisimeofficial I
just want to say I love you and thank you.
“This post is for you Sarah.
And this moment you finally found the strength to say NO to your abuser.
“You were many things, you
were soft and fragile, broken, traumatized, scared to death half the time. You
internalized your feelings and got so used to being told what to do and
obeying, even in your friendship with Kemi (which was a beautiful friendship by
the way). But you found your voice and you were brave in the end.
“It was an honour to be given
the opportunity to give life to you!!. There are so many Sarah’s out there. You
represent so many women and even men that go through abuse and domestic violence.
My heart goes out to you.
“I know it’s not as easy to
speak up and leave as everyone advises. I know your life is hard and
complicated. But I do hope and pray that you find the strength to say NO and
seek help because you are not alone.
“Let’s all please remember to
be kind and mindful of what ppl may be going through”.
