Which Celebrity Has Faced Most-Criticism?

Dua Lipa is currently one of the biggest singers in the world, constantly
breaking records and selling out shows, but the road to stardom wasn’t an easy
one especially when it came to people online.

Her talent has never been in question, as she
has released hit, after hit, after hit, but her concerts were highly criticized
online, mostly because of her dancing. This exact performance became a meme and
people all over the world started mocking her and her dance moves, making her
feel bad about herself.

She once told Attitude magazine
about the hatred she received online: “I experienced a s*** tonne at the end of
my first record, and it was definitely something that gave me anxiety and made
me upset and made me feel like I wasn’t good enough and made me feel like,
maybe I’m not meant to be here and on the stage. Even after the Grammys [in
2019] some people were like, ‘Well, she doesn’t deserve it.’ There were so many
things, especially when you start out, like a video of me dancing and they’re
like, ‘Ah well, she has no stage presence’ – but they’d never been to one of my
shows, they’d never seen me perform.”

This affected her to the point that she
started thinking that everyone who was filming her while she was performing was
doing it so that everyone on social media could laugh at her later, but, being
who she is, she didn’t let the hatred take her down, and instead she worked
hard at it, and danced and trained like she never had before.

Her hard work was evident when she performed
at the Grammys this year, and all those who once had something nasty to say
about her dance moves dropped their jaws by the time she ended the performance
and looked directly at them with a raised chin, looking rightfully proud of
herself:

In June, she posted a video on her social
media and said: “Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has
been listening to my music from the very beginning. It’s been four years since
my debut album and I’m so grateful for all the incredible opportunities and
amazing people I’ve met and incredible lessons I’ve learned, touring for like
three years, getting bullied online, which made me want to dance my a**e off,
and just really get better, so thank you so much. For all things good and bad –
for helping me grow. I’m forever grateful, and I’m excited for you guys to see
what we’ve got coming up next.”

Another is: Travis Scott.

I think we can all agree that Travis
Scott
is facing a lot of criticism these days. After all, nine or more
people died at his concert and lots more were injured.
