Mike Tindall was not absent at the Cheltenham Festival on day one.
Zara, his wife became a director at the racecourse in January and they have both become regular attendees at the festival. The couple were also joined by Zara’s mother, Princess Anne, and her brother Peter Phillips on Tuesday. Peter arrived at the races with estranged
wife Autumn Phillips, just one month after they announced their marriage split.
The former rugby player shared photos of the day on his Instagram page of he and his wife, Zara and his reunioin with his fellow rugby players Tom Curry, Ellis Gene, Jamie George, Ben Earl, Elliot Daly and Lawrence Dallaglio in the Green Room with a caption that read:
“Fantastic first day of Cheltenham! Great to see the @englandrugby lads in the @hospitalityfinder Green Room. No winners but there is always today!!
