The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s trip to Australia to visit bush-fire-affected communities might be cancelled due to corona-virus fears. Kensington Palace is still negotiating the details of this trip with Prime Minister Scott Morrison before final conclusions and invitation is made as the Cambridges love to travel on
commercial or public flights with masses of people which is very risky both for the public and the royals. The palace is yet to confirm this.
However, the spread of the deadly virus did not stop Kate and William from going on their Ireland tour last week and not much has also be released about their proposed trip to communities in Victoria and the New South Wales coast.
In January the couple gave their heartfelt condolences to everyone impacted by the fires that raged since September 2019 in an Instagram post shared via their Kensington Palace account.
