Prince William and Kate Middleton spends their day together on official visits in South Wales

They both made a first stop at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) Mumbles Lifeboat station, interacted with the crew members about day-to-day life as part of a team which provides 24-hour rescue services. The Mumbles have been looked after by the RNLI since 1863

William and Kate met volunteers before watching the Mumbles Lifeboat launch as part of a training exercise and encouraged workers to speak up about their mental health.

Second stop was at Port Talbot to visit Tata Steel, the UK’s largest steel plant, to meet with employees and their families, then finally a stop at the Bulldogs Development Centre, a partnership between Bulldogs Boxing & Community Activities and Port Talbot Amateur Boxing, which helps to support young people in the community who may have been affected by adverse childhood experiences and mental health issues, and gives them a sense of belonging through fitness and boxing.

Kate looked happy in a navy coat from Hobbs, a midi-length red dress by Zara, Asprey oak leaf hoop earrings and black boots. Over her dress she wore a heart-printed Beulah London scarf and a matching Mulberry bag.

While Prince William wore a navy blazer and a bottle green jumper.

It seemed to be a fun day as the royals stopped at Joe’s Ice Cream parlour for ice creams and parted with toy dragons for their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis from Tata steels.
