During the World Holocaust Remembrance Forum, Prince Charles walked past Vice President of the United States, Mr. Mike Pence avoiding a handshake.
The event which was hosted at Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Centre in Jerusalem had in attendance, Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Emmanuel Macron also, wife of the Vice President of the United State.
See the video of the forum where Prince Charles at his first official trip to Israel talking to one dignitary before moving straight past Mr Pence and his wife to talk to the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who was standing on their other side.
Supposedly both Prince Charles and the Vice President met earlier and they had a “warm and friendly” chat earlier in the day.
“Shortly before the Yad Vashem memorial event began the prince and Vice President Pence and his wife had a warm and friendly chat, which is why they did not greet each other again in the room,” a spokesperson said.
Also, Katie Waldman, the Vice President’s press secretary shared a video to further proof that the Royal and government had a meet earlier.
