Piers Morgan shares a screenshot of his DM with fans on Twitter.
The English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality who is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week shares his relationship status with Meghan Markle on Wednesday evening.
Apparently Meghan had sent him a DM in 2015 which read: “Well hello there – thanks for the follow. Big fan of yours!”
He then shared that message as a screenshot with a caption that read: “In happier times… when Meghan first slid into my DMs… think it’s fair to say she’s probably not such a ‘big fan’ of mine now.”
His 7.1 million followers reacted to the post with over 6,000 likes and comments. One said: “Please get over this obsession with Meghan being your friend.” Another said: “Hmm looks like you followed her first and she was being polite to you.” Another added: “I’d say she’s probably got other things to think about at the moment besides whether she’s still a ‘big fan’ of a breakfast TV presenter tbh.”

Meghan has since been quiet after the announcement to step down from being senior members of the Royal family and was last seen at the Vancouver headquarters of Justice for Girls on Tuesday – hours after her surprise appearance at the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre.
The Sussex’s are well on their way to living the life they want and so far they have the support of the Queen.
