The Duke and Duchess of Sussex has gotten quite a number of reactions from fans and friends on the announcement of their decision to step down from official duties this year.
On the post made by the couple on their Instagram page, Meghan Markle’s close friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin dropped a supportive comments which said:
“On the UP and UP in 2020 my friends. Cheers to new beginnings and always here to support your cause.”
He’s truly been supportive to the family from when Meghan had her baby shower in February 2019, New York.
Daniel was one of the Duchess’ first friends to visit the couple when they moved to their Windsor home Frogmore Cottage in April last year, ahead of the birth of their first child Archie.
He also attended Meghan’s baby shower in New York in February 2019 along with tennis star Serena Williams and actress Abigail Spencer.
The Duke and Duchess resignation came surprisingly on Wednesday after they resumed official duties for the new year and paid a visit to Canada House to make their appreciation known to the High Commissioner for the hospitality they received while staying in Canada.
