Following the announcement made by the Queen, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have started to settle into their normal life away from royalty. Prince Harry, reunited with his family on Tuesday after attending the UK-Africa summit in Greenwich.
The last time we saw the Duchess she was at the Canadian airport to pick up a friend. Recently the Duchess paid attention to one of her charities.
Taking to the Sussex Royal account on Instagram, photos of Meghan on a private visit to Mathew animal charity as Patron was shared. She was named patron in January 2019.
Meghan donned on a navy coat over a sky blue shirt and her hair let down in waves and the photo was captioned:
“Earlier this month, The Duchess of Sussex popped in to see the amazing people at Mayhew to hear about the incredible progress made throughout the festive period. The Duchess of Sussex, having been proud patron of Mayhew since January 2019 and long understanding the connection between animal and community welfare, applauds the people at Mayhew for the vital work that they do every day. From cats and dogs who have found new homes to animal welfare cases handled in the community – @TheMayhew believes in the power of togetherness and the special bond between humans and animals.”
The Sussexes are still settling into their private lives, however they’re still pending issues to be resolved in the face of their resignation as senior members of the Royal family.
