The Queen is not the only Royal who expresses concerns for the announcements of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s resignation from official roles as members of the Royal family.
Prior to this, the Royal family was brought to knowledge of the Sussex’s decision during Christmas but it seems the announcements was made at a wrong timing and means as sources say the family is “deeply hurt” and expected more deliberations and meetings before making things public.
Senior courtiers say that although Harry and Meghan have presented how they perceive their new life might work, it’s not a done deal.
Buckingham Palace statement says: “These are complicated issues that will take time to work through.”
Senior members of the family had been willing to support the Sussex’s new roles said the news was like a “bolt from the blue”.
With this new development, we are yet to see how this will afffect their patronage’s, staff and the wider Royal family at large. We can only hope for the best.
