In honor of World Kindness Day, the Duchess of York, affectionately called Fergie, shared an emotional video clip which was filmed while she was on a trip to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You would probably be wondering why the lovely Duchess had gone to Saudi Arabia. Sarah Ferguson had gone to Saudi Arabia on a mission to collaborate with the government in order to set up primary health facilities for children in the Kingdom. In the video clip, Sarah told her followers what her best friend had said before the latter died: “Be kind and spread the word of kindness”.
The Duchess sure spread the word of kindness when she highly extolled the kindness she experienced during her stay in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The royal explained: “So, I have been here in Saudi Arabia for 24 hours and all I have received is just extraordinary kindness. In fact it was so moving today, that I just feel this sort of…just huge embrace of love. And when asked in what do I believe more than anything else I just said ‘hashtag kindness’. So it is a huge treat to be able to say Happy World Kindness Day.”
Sarah shared the video on Instagram
Fans expected the Duchess to disclose the identity of her late friend or the time of the latter’s death. It was clearly an emotional moment for the royal when she mentioned the last discussion she and her late friend had.

Moreover, sharing such emotional moments is not new for the mother-of-two as her fans undoubtedly know her for such. Earlier this month she had mesmerized one of her fans with a message of support. Sarah had expressed her profound gratitude for the fan’s kind words on her birthday in a poignant note she shared on her Instagram page. In the note, Sarah had written: “Thank you so much for your birthday wishes. It was most kind of you to think of me on the occasion of my 60th birthday. I take great pleasure in sending you my heartfelt gratitude.”
With such lovely acts, the Duchess continues to delight her followers.
