star, Iyabo Ojo has slammed Afrobeat star, Davido for an old tweet he made
about female Nollywood stars.
Davido came under fire after
an old tweet about female Nollywood stars resurfaced online. The father of
four in a tweet shared in 2011 opined that female actresses use Nollywood to
advertise their bodies to wealthy men.
According to Davido, female
Nollywood stars make more money from having sex than from featuring in movies.
He tweeted: “Nollywood is
just a way for these actresses to advertise their goodies to rich men… dey
makes more moni banging than acting. Fact”.
Reacting to the tweet, Iyabo
Ojo lashed out at the singer, stating he wasn’t in a position to talk about
actress’s lifestyle since he is known to be a serial baby daddy.
She wrote, “Nooooo aba
not from you haha. Abi Shey won hack account e ni. Not from a serial baby daddy
@davido and I like you and your craft o”.
