Actress Tonto Dikeh has shared a picture of her in a gorgeous dress which she said costs N1,500. According to her, she has stopped being of the opinion that anything cheap isn’t for her.
Since changing her mindset of opting for expensive materials, Tonto Dikeh revealed that she has stopped being broke and now have plans.
