Uriel Oputa vacationed in Italy with her family for summer and, while there, she was exposed to the culture of the people and their food.
The Uriel’s Kitchen host returned to Nigeria, having acquired some more culinary skills, and she’s passing this knowledge on to viewers in the latest episode of the LITV Cook Show, Uriel’s Kitchen.
The dish made in this episode is Spicy Pesto Spaghetti, cooked with whole wheat spaghetti, green pesto, Maggi for flavour and other heathy ingredients.
