The navy netted hat
When Meghan stepped out for the
Field of Remembrance ceremony on Thursday, we spotted a semblance in her outfit
with Princess Diana’s in 1988. Meghan’s navy blue netted hat, navy blue coats, and
black leather gloves looked like a repeat of Princess Diana’s outfit at the Armistice
Service back then in Paris.

Engagement Ring
Prince Harry personally designed the
engagement ring he gave to Meghan Markle with a diversity of precious elements.
The ring comprised stones from Botswana, yellow—Meghan’s favourite—gold, and
little diamonds from Princess Diana’s jewellery collection. Harry made this
revelation in an interview with the BBC.
Wedding Bouquet
Meghan’s wedding bouquet was made of flowers from Kensington Palace gardens, including Forget-Me-Nots which
were amongst Princess Diana’s favourites.
Engagement Announcement
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had
their first official engagement photographs at the White Garden at Kensington’s
Palace. The garden was open prior to the royal couple’s engagement in honour of
Princess Diana on the 20th anniversary of her death. It bears precious memories
of the late royal’s tastes.
Mother’s Day
Meghan Markle posted an Instagram
photo of royal baby Archie to celebrate the US Mother’s Day. The caption read: “Paying
a tribute to all mothers today – past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost
but forever remembered. We honour and celebrate each and every one of you.” The
photograph had Prince Diana’s favourites, forget-me-nots, on the background.
It is indisputable that Princess
Diana lives on in the families of her children.
