Prince Harry and Meghan Markle get sued for illegal trademark.
While it is still uncertain as to how Meghan and Harry will be addressed, the Royals have been dragged to court and will face a delay in the use of their HRH titles.
The Sussex made an attempt at curating a trademark for their Sussex Royal brand and was opposed by Benjamin Worcester of Victoria, Australia, who studied medicine at University College London on Tuesday and reportedly worked as a doctor in the NHS in London between 2011 and 2014 for unknown reasons.
This trademark was a plan to launch their charity foundations and make sales of merchandise to the public to Favour their decision to be financially independent.

There is a period of opposition after any trademark is registered, where anyone who is against its use is allowed to file a complaint, which also extends the time before the trademark can be used, allowing the opponent to build a case- Which will now be 20 March as against 20 February which was initially fixed.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently in Canada. A statement from Bukingham Palace declares that the Sussex will be known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The couple will get to keep the Frogmore Cottage which will be their UK home.
