The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton is a Patron to tons of charities and she supports lots of causes too. One of these charities will be closing down.
The Art Room, based in oxford will shot down operations in March this year because of finances.
The Charity was created in 2012, to help boost the confidence and self-esteem of children through art therapy.
Confirming the news, parent-charity Place2Be in a statement said that the charity was no longer sustainable financially, “particularly in an environment where school budgets are under pressure”. The Art Room employs 34 staff.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton was last seen as she paid a surprise visit to Stockwell Gardens Nursery and Pre-school to help teachers serve breakfast to the pupils after going on a 24-hour tour and while at it, launched a survey of ‘5 Big Questions on the Under Fives,’ which aims to spark a UK-wide conversation on raising the next generation and will run until 21 February.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore a teal coat, a cream Sezane jumper, black jeans and Russell & Bromley ankle boots. Her hair, blow dried and wavy was let to fall over her shoulder.
For her Early Years Initiative, we’ve seen her visit MiniBrum at ThinkTank, Birmingham Science Museum, Ely and Caerau Children’s Centre in Cardiff and HMP Send near Woking during a 24-tour of the UK.
