On Monday, October 28, an incident in Bulawayo’s central business district (CBD) in Zimbabwe drew public attention when a man was seen behaving inappropriately inside his parked car along Ninth Avenue.
The situation was first noticed by a shop attendant who saw the man lowering his car windows after parking. Sensing something was off, the attendant observed the man further and realized he was involved in explicit behavior.
Quickly, he alerted his colleagues, and they gathered around the vehicle to assess the situation.
Witnesses reported that the man attempted to conceal his actions by locking his doors and adjusting his clothing when he noticed the crowd. However, he eventually abandoned the car and fled on foot as more people gathered.
Police officers soon arrived and towed the vehicle to the local station in response to the incident.
One shop attendant suggested that this might not be an isolated incident, as the man had allegedly been seen engaging in similar behavior in the area over the past few years.
