The family is spending time together during the October half-term break from Lambrook School, often retreating to their countryside residence, Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
In the past, Kate has been seen purchasing Halloween costumes for her children at the local Sainsbury’s in King’s Lynn.
Back in 2019, shopper Kathy Whittaker recalled spotting Kate with Charlotte and George browsing for costumes. “She was with Charlotte and George looking at Halloween outfits,” Kathy shared, noting that the Princess’s bodyguard was nearby to maintain privacy.
In 2022, Kate was also spotted trick-or-treating with her children in their Kensington neighborhood. Neighbor Jay Rutland, husband of Tamara Ecclestone, shared that Kate knocked on their door with the children, describing her as “very friendly and down-to-earth.”
This year, if George, Charlotte, and Louis are interested, they could join a family-friendly Halloween event at the Sandringham Estate, hosted by their grandfather, the King. The “Make your own Pumpkin House” activity, inspired by the book Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper, runs from October 29 to 31.
Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton, has previously shared her fondness for Halloween on her former business, Party Pieces, recalling childhood memories of dressing up and carving pumpkins.
In 2022, Carole wrote, “Halloween is an autumn highlight for me,” sharing that she was excited to decorate homegrown pumpkins with family.
