Boy, 15, hold knife to girl’s neck – FORCED her to undress, took photos of her naked body and rap*d her

A teenager has been jailed after holding a knife to a girl’s neck before forcing her to undress near a playground before taking photos of her naked body and rap!ng her.

The boy, 15, who cannot be named for legal reasons, raped the 16-year-old girl at a playground in a park in Prestwick, South Ayrshire, Scotland just days before Christmas last year, Sky News reports. 

COURT HEARD

He held a knife to the girl’s neck and forced her to take her clothes off, the High Court in Edinburg heard. The boy then took intimate pictures of her and rap-d her. 

Before the attack, the victim had gone into a local supermarket to buy food and she went back to the same store to say she was rap-d. 

The boy claimed that he can’t remember the attack on December 23, 2023, due to him drinking alcohol and smoking cannabis that night. The girl was not known to him.

DEFENSE ARGUMENT

Lili Prais KC, defending, told the court her client had taken responsibility for his actions and was ‘utterly ashamed’.

She added that the boy had a ‘chaotic and adverse’ childhood, started drinking when he was young and had ‘low cognitive function’ paired with only ‘sporadic’ education.

GUILTY PLEA

The boy pleaded guilty to ra-e during the trial in September and was handed an extended sentence of five years and three months in prison as well as three years on licence yesterday. 

He has also been put on the sex offenders’ register and a no contact order is in place, prohibiting him from contacting the girl. 

The court heard how the girl was suffering from psychological and physical injuries from the attack.
