‘Is it fair to say that this is the biggest challenge you’ve ever had to do?’ asked JK.
‘Absolutely,’ confirmed Spencer: ‘Physically, mentally, overall it was one of the greatest experiences of my life and I will always remember it and look back on it really fondly.
‘But it was tough, you know?’
Overwhelmed he continued: ‘That’s insane. To be honest, the whole time that I was out there running, the charities were such a massive driver for me.’
