A middle-aged man named Musa Bello has been detained in the Amuloko area of Oyo State after being found with a freshly severed human skull of an unidentified woman.
Local residents apprehended Bello when they noticed his suspicious behavior and approached him, demanding to inspect the sack he was carrying.
Inside, they discovered the human skull.
During questioning, Bello claimed he is part of a syndicate involved in selling body parts.
He has since been turned over to the police.
