Bought in the year 1996 for eight hundred and fifty thousand pounds, Ray Mill House is just 15-minutes away from Highgrove House. After moving out in 2003, Camilla kept the Ray Mill House as an extra base. Despite the house not being a permanent residence of the Prince and Princess, it is believed that Camilla spends time with her grandchildren there.
