The singer, 36, was spotted on a rare outing with her sports agent husband, 42, as she spent some downtime in the city.
Her UK outing comes amid talks she is moving back to Britain following her ‘big break’ from music.
Adele packed on the PDA with Rich Paul as they held hands while exiting the celebrity hotspot hotel and eatery.
The Grammy-winner, who secretly tied the knot with Rich towards the end of last year, tried to keep a low-profile by covering her face with her stylish gold clutch.
While Adele’s fans are eagerly preparing for her string of shows at a specially-made venue in Munich next month, the star has also sparked confusion by announcing that she is taking a ‘big break’ from music.
She has so far released records 19, 21, 25, and 30 to correspond to events at that age in her life.
