Kyle Richards ditched the word ‘wife’ from her Instagram and shared a sizzling new selfie, a day after her ex Mauricio Umansky was seen kissing a mystery woman.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, showed off her figure on Thursday, as she celebrated two years of alcohol sobriety.

She also updated her Instagram bio, which now reads: ‘Mom, actor, author, producer, animal lover, a RHOBH, CAA.’ Her previous bio had the word ‘wife’ in the second position.
Her Twitter profile still has ‘wife’ in it, though she seldom uses the platform. Kyle previously dropped Umanksy from her name on social media in May, but kept ‘wife’ in her bio.
In her new post the TV personality posed in her home gym, wearing a black sports bra and a pair of black leggings.
She flexed her bicep while taking a mirror selfie of her toned physique.
2 YEARS OF SOBRIETY
She also added a lengthy caption to the post, writing how the ‘hardest part’ of sobriety has been ‘the resistance’ from friends, and those who loved the ‘party Kyle.’
‘This week was my 2 year anniversary of being alcohol free (July 15th) I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible,’ her lengthy caption read.
‘I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had the willpower to stay on this path. I know many people would love for me to start drinking again.’

‘Even friends with the best of intentions. Everyone loved “Party Kyle”. I think that was the hardest part of all of this. The resistance from others. The old me, the people pleaser, did struggle with that aspect of it. And I realized right away that I wasn’t going to have a ton of encouragement.’
‘But I’ve dropped enough splits and whipped enough pony tails to know when it’s time to call it a day (ok, I may still drop a split here and there. Sorry) But my mental and physical health became a lot more important to me than feeling like I had to be “on” at a party or social setting.’
