It’s been 40 years since Kevin Bacon got his big break dancing in the 1984 film Footloose, but the ‘zaddy’ has aged ‘like a fine wine’ according to his Instagram followers.
The eighties heartthrob – who boasts 16.1M social media followers – posted a sizzling shirtless thirst trap to mark his 66th birthday on Monday with the caption: ‘This is 66.’
Kevin’s wife Kyra Sedgewick reacted to his sultry snap in the comments: ‘Not too shabby!’
TRIBUTE TO BACON
The 58-year-old Emmy winner created a special birthday video in which she declared herself ‘Bacon’s #1 fan.’
‘If you were to ask me about bacon, I would say bacon can be a delicious part of a balanced breakfast,’ Kyra wrote in her tribute.
‘But if you asked me on a deeper level, I would say (Kevin) Bacon is the love of my life, my only one, happy birthday!’
The inseparable couple – who happen to be ninth cousins once removed – originally met on the 1988 set of PBS’ Lemon Sky, and they’ll impressively celebrate their 36th wedding anniversary on September 4.
