In recent weeks, the former Made In Chelsea star, 31, has been having ‘crisis talks’ with his girlfriend Zara McDermott.

And brushing off the rumours, Sam whipped his top off and enjoyed a cup of tea on the street.
On a cloudy London day, Sam flashed his bare chest as he enjoyed a peaceful day off at home.
Earlier in the day, Sam told his Instagram followers he’s going to have ‘a really good day’ as he shares positive update.

The radio show host was pictured in tears at the TRIC Awards last week, having to be consoled by his best friend, Pete Wicks, 36.
It was then reported that Sam’s heartache was caused by a ‘blazing row’ with Zara, 27, which saw her pack her bags last weekend and leave the London home they share.
However, everything appeared to be looking up on Tuesday when the presenter shared an update clip to his Instagram Story.
‘Today is going to be a good day! I’m never wrong. It’s going to be a really good one,’ Sam beamed.
