The WWE icon Hulk Hogan sparked controversy when he claimed that his social media accounts were “hacked” after inappropriate messages were sent from them to a prominent singer.
Hogan, whose actions have long been a subject of debate among wrestling fans, issued an apology on Twitter/X in response to a message directed at Iggy Azalea. Azalea’s tweet, which quickly gained attention, read: “All these cry babies wanna suck on my t*tssssssss lmao $MOTHER.”
In what appeared to be a response from Hogan – or possibly from the individual who “hacked” his account – the message stated: “You suck a pumping. $HULK has the real milk.” The posts were later deleted, prompting Hogan to offer clarification on Instagram.
He wrote: “Hello Family, Appreciate your love and support always. Please do not take notice of any posts posted today. They are not from me and will be promptly removed. Thank you, Hulk.”
However, Azalea took the incident in stride, humorously tweeting an image of herself from behind with Hogan’s angry face superimposed over her own, playfully showing off her “rear” in the process. Confused? So are we.
Following the incident, Hulk Hogan’s entire Twitter/X timeline was wiped clean, leaving only a link to his website in his bio. Despite this, Hogan’s “likes” remain visible, with the top three being reactions to his initial tweet to Azalea. One user commented, “Hulkster, stop blowing up my phone, brother,” while another simply responded with three crying laughing emojis and the word “Bruh.”
