Meghan Markle Provides An Amazing New Update On Prince Archie And Princess Lilibet During The First Day Of The Nigeria Trip

Meghan Markle offered heartwarming updates about Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet as she and Prince Harry began their three-day tour of Nigeria with a visit to a local school, backed by their Archewell Foundation.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were greeted warmly at Lightway Academy in Abuja, where they engaged in conversations with students and received beaded necklaces as gifts, all while wearing bright smiles.

As they stopped at a kindergarten class, where children aged two to five danced and sung songs for them, Harry asked them: “Is singing and dancing your favourite class?”

“That’s Lili’s favorite class,” Meghan said of their two-year-old daughter. “Maybe it’s all the jumping around.”

The Sussexes were then escorted to a STEM class where a group of youngsters showcased the robot cars they had created, with one proudly naming his creation M-Bot. As Harry inquired if the class enjoyed electronics, Meghan disclosed that their son Archie had an affinity for construction.

During their time at the school, Harry and Meghan participated in launching an inaugural mental health summit organized by the local non-profit organization GEANCO, affiliated with the couple’s Archewell Foundation.

For her initial engagement of the trip, Meghan looked stylish in a tonal tiered dress, accentuated with metallic jewelry and her brunette locks styled in a braided ponytail. Meanwhile, Harry opted for a coordinated look with a stone-colored shirt and linen trousers.

Notably, their children, Prince Archie, who celebrated his fifth birthday on Monday, and Princess Lilibet, who turns three in June, did not accompany them on the trip.

This Sunday coincides with Mother’s Day in the US, with Meghan likely to miss celebrating the occasion with her children due to the duration of their Nigeria visit.

The three-day trip marks Harry and Meghan’s inaugural official visit to Nigeria, following the Duke’s meeting with Nigeria’s chief of defence staff in Germany last September during the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf.
