What do we call it if police shoots to death unharmed person they are meant to save? It is always a tragedy to see it happened. A 15-year-old girl is now a dead victim of misfiring.
The teen was gunned down by cops as she ran toward them for help after being kidnapped by her father, all while a deputy helplessly begged for other officers to stop firing, shocking new video shows.
The teen girl Savannah Graziano, 15, was kidnapped by the killer of her mother Tracy Martinez, who is also her father.
What Has Happened?
When Tracy was killed, investigators issued an AMBER Alert for the teen, and quickly responded when a civilian spotted the dad and daughter
Then it reached a case of a rescue mission. In the clip, Savannah was seen following cops’ instructions, crawling on her hands and knees along the 15 freeway in Hesperia, California, as a deputy takes cover by a police SUV before she is shot dead in a hail of gunfire.
‘Stop Shooting Her’
‘Stop shooting her! He’s in the car! Stop! She’s OK! He’s in the car! … Stop!’ the deputy was pleading in the footage.
That is how the innocent was killed on September 27, 2022, after her evil dad Anthony John Graziano, 45, had murdered his estranged wife before he went on to abduct her.
In an attempt to ‘shy away’ from the rage of the public, cops had previously claimed Savannah was shot because she was wearing tactical equipment and fired back, however the footage appears to prove that she was unarmed.
The tragic video of the shooting was released Monday after journalists requested it under the California Public Records Act.
